Well, i checked the fuses both next to my dash and under the hood, but they seem to be fine. What can it be? Is there a slight possibility that it could be my ECU?

i own a repair shop,and the ecu doesn't control the moon roof at all,it has to be a fuse of a fusible link blown on it,go back over it and look real good,sometimes a fuse may look ok ,but will actually be bad,since all three of these things don't work on it id assume it has a fuse that controls all of these,good luck,i hope this help,s.3 4 OHM svc subs wired @ 1.34 ohms?? Nah, not the ECM or ECU. It's probably a ground or relay issue. Have you been hit by lightning or has the car been in a flood?My daughters car did the same thing. Turned out to be a dead short in the dash light switch. Put a new switch and all was well. Now her interior lights and moon roof were on the same circut so you may check this out.

If the moonroof, radio, and lighting work, the fuse was bad. you don't even have to buy a new fuse to try it out. Many times, there are already spares in the fuse box, but not always.
