it depends on what kind of speakers you are talking about. if you are talkin about 5 or 6 inch door speakers or 4 by 8 speakers then yes they will work just hook them up to the cd player.
but if you are talkin about 10 or 12 inch subwoofers then absoulutely not. you definately need an amp with those. if you tried to hook them to the cd player it would probly fry it.
