Good Amp for Subwoofer?

Whats would be a good amp to run a Boston Acoustics G512 subwoofer?

first off let me say i own 2 of these subs, and you made a awesome purchase. pretty good SPL, and awesome SQ. the rms is 450 watts. having 2 i just went with Boston's gt-28, cause thats the amp made for 2 of these. if i were just running 1 i'd go with this MB Quart amp.

it all depends on how much you want spend I have a cruncher 1000 and it drives my mtx 12" sub real nice in fact i have the bass turned all the way down and i still get a good bass

depends on ur budget dude.if you got the dough then stop yakkin and buy a 2007 Fostgate power series 1500W.its around $900. but if your in a tight budget a $150 Lanzar 2400W heritage works for my 12" kicker L7.but it goes to protect mode after an hour of blasting..hehehe. but L7 is a tough load as well. cheers audio freak!
