It's not wireless. Basically it adds an AUX input to any radio.
It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch.

You could get a simple Ipod FM transmitter. You plug your Ipod into the the transmitter, and what ever is coming out of the ipod will be transmitted through the air at a certain radio frequency. Thus all you would have to do is set your radio to pick up 93.4 or whatever the transmitter frequency is. This way you can still retain your stock radio.
