Does fuse holder's fuse voltage metter to turn the amplifier on??

I've a sony xplod 200gtr 1200watts , the manual says that i have to put a 80 amp fuse in to the fuse holder , and i've a 10amp fuse . would work like this or wil i've to a 80 amp fuse ?
