When looking to buy tweeters how do i know which one's are good. do i look at price, size, wattage, or the material that the tweeter ismade of

All of the above, Material is important and wattage as well. Infinity makes some of the best tweeters but so does Polk and Eclipse most reviews rate the Infinities the best. You should probably look for components to get the best quality sound not just 3 way door speakers and then tweeters added. Just a mid bass in the door and then a tweeter somewhere higher in the car, top part of the door or the A pillar. Good luck hope this helps
