My highs are screwing up when i hook them up to an amp...what could be the problem?

Question:
i got a second battery in the back, and my power wires and rcas and remotes are not ran together, im getting a ground noise in my highs and a real bad static, i got a ground loop isolater, and its not helping them any, its in a 2004 impala, could it be my hi output? or what should i check?

are you certain that the speakers arent faulty, or that you dont have a bad channel somewhere?
