Question:
i am so tired of trying to find some subs im a vet in this audio game. i have 6 kicker l7 12 inch subs but i dont want them thay wont last. its a good sub but square sub and a round voice coil will not work kicker has a 50 percent return on every thing thay make. my question is i want some subs good subs 4 must be more power then 6kicker l7 and last. hifonics is cheap audio jl audio is to much mtx is a cheap sub. ma audio is a sister company of audiobahn.and audiobahn sucks. it just look nice ppi is own by direct audio and there not as good as thay use to be. i am open to these brands dd,RE,Fi,Rockford Fosgate power line, i here good talk about elemental designs and big talk about diamond audio so pick out 4 powerful subs if u have a good brand of subs u know about tell me

you could run 2 Fi BTLs. those pigs can handle 3000 + daily. Plus not bad price either.

Or you could run 4 Fi BLs. good SQ with lots of SPL, I have 2 18s and they are very nice subs, The RMS is 1k but they are underrated bad. i run 1800 to mine just fine

Why is my aftermarket stereo not as loud as my stock radio?

I can agree on all you have said but on the MTX product, im sorry I cannot agree with you. MTX design and engineer everything on house and is built by there own warehouse. As you say they are cheap? Well in which way? They make subs to accomidate all budgets, power handling and the use you'll be using it as.. If you are looking for a good sounding sub, that can handle good amount of power and as well not burn your wallet, I would recommend the 7500 series. Re, JL, and diamond are good products as well. It all comes down to how far your willing to go with your set up. Since you consider your self a vet, I don't doubt you at all. As I am a rookie at this industry but I have been around. Take care and good luck

Can you hook up a house speaker to your car?

alphasonik. that is all you will need, they hit harder than any kicker or memphis or mtx (blue thunder). 2 10" subs with a 2000 watt alphasonik amp in my homies jeep liberty gave me an asthma attack because my chest was hit so hard. no joke

4ch. amp rate @ 60wx4 is good enough for 1 set of comp speakers rate @ 110 max RMS power output?

well first ma audio is owned by the annaba group (cliff design, starvision, etc.) and is in no way shape or form affiliated with audiobahn (although they both aren't very good) Jl audio is pretty expensive, but just like anything else, you get what you pay for. The best thing I could recommend is to audition as many of the woofers in your price range as possible. Go to large car shows etc. because we all know that they sound WAY different in a car then on a wall in a car audio shop. Or even see if the shops have a demo car set up with different gear in it (installers cars, salesman's cars etc.) Alot also has to do with your music choice, if you like a boomier bass, then certain woofers will do better at that than others will, punchier tighter bass will be better performed by yet another group of woofers. So the best thing I could recommend is listen listen listen, see your budget and then buy.
