Siruis Radio??

Question:
I recently put a Siruis Radio in my car. It is near the A Post in the corner. The antenna is on the rear of the car. I can't get perfect recption like everyone else I know what should I do? If you have any other questions about how it is hooked up I will add it in additional details.
