Can a cd be inserted in car audio player, which is fixed vertically? or if player is on an angle of 60 do it?

Im designing a chair with option of music in it. For that i want to put car audio player, dnt wanna use mp3 player yet. Can cd be played without skiping if the player is installed vertical? and what about if i can put it on angle of 60, will it preven cd from skiping? going to put audio system in armrest.
