Where can i have a box built for my subs?

You can't really replace the internal amplifier in the head unit. I guess you COULD, but it is a waste of money and time. What you really should do is bypass (via RCAs) the internal amp and replace it with an external amplifier.

How big should the port hole be for a truck box?

You can't as it's usually all on the same PC board. Buy a new HU.
