Question:
I'm installing new 4" and 6" 3 ways into my car, and I don't know whether or not to rewire the whole system from the head deck to the new speakers. Or alternatively, use the wires already there and attach a new wiring harness/loom to attach to my new speakers.
Where can I find vinyl car interior?
Will the original wiring produce really bad performance?

Go ahead and use the stock wiring. Factory wiring is generally ample for the power output a head unit can provide, and it has a much lower risk of accidentally getting pinched or shorted. If you upgrade to an external amplifier to run your speakers, it may then be worthwhile to upgrade the speaker wiring as well.What is the right measurement box for two 12 inch subs?
wire is wire no matter where it is, if the wires that is already ran still make the system sound good then I wouldn't change them.Now if there was a problem with them and i was changing the speakers to fix the problem then yes I would change the wires also.run the new speakers to the old wire and find out how they sound ,if you don;t like it run new wirei would have to agree with everyone else. if there was nothing wrong with the wiring before then i would leave it be. wires dont really make that much difference in a smaller speaker like the ones you're hooking up. unless they are cracked or broken or something of that sort. so my answer would be use the factory wiring to save yourself time. those wires are fine ---lol---leave them alone
