Is it alright if I connect 4 speakers to a 2 channel amp?

All 4 speakers are Kicker KS6.2. They are 6-75W RMS and 150W max @ 4-ohms. The amp is a Rockford Fosgate P5002. It is 125W x 2 @ 4-ohms and 250W x 2 @ 2-ohms. If I can, should I wire it in parallel or series?

Yes, it WILL scream. In fact by hooking up (2) 4Ohm speakers in parallel to each side will get the most out of the amp.

Yes, parallel. Your amp is 2 ohm stable in stereo, so you'll be fine. And it will scream. Make sure you turn on the high-pass filter around 80-100 hz and don't turn the gain up too much or you'll blow your speakers. Somewhere around 50% should be good, maybe slightly higher. DO NOT use the bass knob! If you can hear distortion, than your gain is too high.
