How do I hook up an RCA Converter on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I don't want to change out the head unit, but i cant find wires to splice, what should i take apart to have the RCA done up to put my amp?

The line output converter is connected to the speaker wires that comes from the HU. They have to be attached to the back of the HU. It should have a plug connected to the HU and the wires hooked to it.
