When doubling surface area (# of woofers), a 3db increase.When doubling power, a 3db increase.
When doubling power AND surface area, 6db increase.
3db's of gain is approximately 'twice as loud'.

You would gain an approximate 6db increase if you double the power and woofers.

almose more cone area will give you more output because is moving more air
