Audio question?

CEA-2006 compliant. what is it and what does it stand for?

In dash car system?

Consumer Electronic Association. They established a set of guidlines, that protect the consumer. Products not certified essentially can lie about ratings and specs, and trust me they do. thats why one 100 watt amp is way louder than anogther.
Now there will always be differences, but a certified amp will meet a predetermined specification. Personnally i would not buy a non-certified amp.
