Answers:

How do you set the clock on a new pioneer super tuner?

You'll have to cut the harness thats attached to your factory wiring from the old cd player and resplice all the wires that came with the new cd player.

Looking for a Sony FM/AM Compact Disc Player CDX-1300?

Go to your nearest car audio shop or even Wal-Mart. Buy a wiring harness that fits your jeep(need the model and year). The wiring harness you buy will have one end that connects to the wires that are already there in your vehicle and the other end will connect to the wires on the stereo. This will be for all power and speaker wires. Then all you will have to do is plug in the cable for your antenna to the stereo and you should be good to go!
