What subwoofer hits harder than the JL 13W7?

Your sub is rated for 300 watts RMS, but it can ONLY be wired for 8 ohms or 2 ohms since it's a dual 4-ohm voice coil type. Your amp is rated for 380 watts RMS bridged, BUT it cannot be wired to a 2-ohm load while bridged, and there is no rating for 8-ohms bridged. I would expect it to be able to put out around 200-250 watts RMS while bridged to 8 ohms. IMO this would be the best way to use these two products together.

Alternately, it can put out 125 watts RMS to two channels at 4 ohms; you could hook up one voice coil to each channel for a total of 250 watts RMS going to the sub, but you'd run the risk of sending different signals to each voice coil, which could cancel some of the output.
