Would i have any problems installing a factory cd player from a 2000 Chrysler into a 2005 Chevy?

I have a friend that just got a new cd player for his 2001 Chrysler Seabring and he doesn't want his factory cd player any more, would there be any problems installing it into my 2005 Chevy Aveo replacing the factory radio?
