Will 1000 watts push an Orion h2 12.2 ok??

Question:
I got a really good deal on some Orion h2 12.2 subs and I want to use my current amps to power them. I currently own 2- rockford fosgate 25 to life punch 150's that according to the birth sheets put out about 950 watts a piece. Is this way to little power for this sub?
btw: The box will be ported/1.5 cf per sub tuned to 28hz. orions rec. volume and tunning frequency
Thanks in advance

Though you have some great amps, they're just too small. Sorry about that. You'll still get decent sound using your amps, but the subs will be underpowered by a large margin. If you're going to use them, make absolutley sure that the enclosure is seperated between the chambers. Try a Rockford T40001bd if you can.

Can anyone tell me what a vs punch (rockford fosgate ) product is?

1.5 cu ft sounds really small for a 28 hz tuning, especially at high excursion. That doesn't sound right at all. A port large enough in diameter to prevent turbulance will have to be longer than the box is to achieve that tuning. You may need to buy some flexible ports to make this work. Hope this helped.

1.50 cu. ft. is the correct side for the box remember that this speakers are dual 2 ohms so you need a amplifier that will work good a@ 1 ohm
