Head unit and compatibility with wire harness?

Question:
I have a 1994 Geo Tracker. I have a AIWA CTX409 (is ISO/DIN compliant and conform to the ISO Wire Color Code standard if that makes a difference)head unit in. I want to put a Kenwood KDC-MPV619 in. Do I need to get a new reciever wire harness or would the old one be ok?? I don't know much about the car audio and such so annnny help would be greatly appreciated :).

Answers:

Can a sub enclosure be made out of tempered glass 15mm thick? Will the glass affect sound quality?

If an adapting wire harness was used to install the Aiwa, you can cut away the part of the harness that plugged into the back of the Aiwa radio and crimp or solder the Kenwood on instead. No need to purchase another harness; the wire colors should be the same.

Is this agood package?

Go here for an adapter harness that plugs into the factory harness and wires up to the HU harness as well as an install kit http://www.metraonline.com
