ok so i built my sub woofer box and i was reading up and have heard that filling your box with pollyfill will help it sound deeper and i was wondering how much you put in it like do i use the loose pollyfill or the sheet one and like staple it to the sides

If you're going to use it, than what type you use depends on what kind of box you have. If it's sealed, than use the loose stuff. If it's ported, staple the sheets to every surface inside the box except for the baffle. Also, if your box is ported, make sure that there is an open path from the woofer to the port. Do not pack stuffing tightly or you will defeat the purpose.

Polyfill should only be used if your sub requires more air space than your box has. It basically tricks the sub into thinking you have a bigger box.if the specs of the speaker is telling to use it %50 if not you don't have to use it, it is also use if your box is to small
