For my 2 ten inch subs am I better off with a mono block or 2 channel amp and why?

What do ohms mean?

Either will work, but it really depends on the impedance, number of coils each sub has and wiring methods used.

Would i have any problems installing a factory cd player from a 2000 Chrysler into a 2005 Chevy?

It depends on the impedance of your subwoofers as well as their power rating. There are exceptions, but 2-channel amps are usually a good choice if your final ohm load will be 4 ohms; mono amps work best with 2-ohm or (with some amps) 1-ohm loads. If you have two single voice coil 4-ohm subs you'll most likely want a mono amp. If you have two dual voice coil subs with 4-ohm voice coils, you might find a 2-channel amp fits your power needs best, or a 1-ohm stable mono amp if you need very high power.

Ok i have 2 pyle plsq12d 700 watt rms subs with a pyle 2400 watt chopper amp will it work?

I swear by mono amps but that is my personnal opinion. From my experience they are better for subs because (in my mind) because low impedences don't make a huge difference on subs sound quality. Also the amps themselves are a bit more durable and longer lasting.
