Need Suggestions on my amps to get the best base?

I have 2 (PC2100) PPI Amps and 2 (15" Solo-Baric L7's) Kicker Subwooers. What is the best way to hook them up to get the best base?
I misplaced the manuals. I bought them 2 years ago and now that I'm finally ready to put them in my 71 Monte Carlo I can't find them. Thank's

You need to find more info on the amps at least. you can get the wiring diagrams for kicker. com If your amps are 2 channels I would bridge them and run one sub from one amp. Wire you voice coils (2 right?) parrallel (diagram available at kicker.com). So that way you have a mono parrallel set up for both speakers. Careful on the output of the amp though. I'm not familiar with those amps, I know the subs can handle a lot but be careful not to over do it.
