If I install a new audio head unit in my 2007 Nissan Versa, will the wheel-mounted controls still work?

I don't want to lose the functionality of changing inputs/radio stations/CD tracks/etc. but I am interested in installing a new stereo. Also, will this interfere with the bluetooth phone feature at all?

Yes , you will loose these features unless you get a radio that has this feature too. I belive clairon makes some and eclipse, but im not sure on that.
