How can I add audio cassette player to Honda Odyssey EX and get aux input for DVD player, iPod or MP3?

YOU DID NT SAY IF YOU HOOKED UP THE REMOTE WIRE . IF YOU DID NT DO THAT.ALSO CHECK ALL FUSES AND MAKE SURE THE GROUND IS CONNECTED GOOD.

can i put a honda accord radio/cd player ina honda civic?

You didn't hook the remote wire to your fuse box. This is pretty simple, but if you haven't done it before then you need to have someone do it that knows what they're doing.
But if you have already done that but forgot to mention it, then you must have your subs wired wrong and again you need to take the car to a pro so you don;t damage that expensive equipment.
The good news is that your stuff should sound great once you get it going! lol
Good luck
