Ok this is the problem. One day i was using my CD player in my car. I parked my car, came back and it wasnt working. Nothing would appeare on the screen and only the eject button would work. So then i rewired all the wires, and then nothing worked. I need help with the power wire, the thick silver one that powers the indash, i dont think its connect or soemthing is wrong with it because my indash doesnt get any juice. How do i check that wire? I tried to follow the wire and it goes all the way in the car, under the steering wheel, into this place where i cant follow it no more, but i know that something is wrong with that wire and maybe its not connect or it burned a fuse out, but i dont know because i dont know how to find out if i did or not because i cant follow the wire that powers my indash. Does any one know where i can find this wire to see if it got disconnected or burned a fuse out and can you tell me how to find it. My car is a volvo.

owners manual.that will tell you where your fuse block is located...on your cd player, its getting power because the cd can eject, you need to check the ground wire...did you it new or used?.that could play a part as well...good luck
