Question:
I have a 99 Olds Intrigue with a factory Bose sound system. How do I get the back speaker covers off? I can get the little push in latches off easily but there are two "pegs" that seem to be holding it down still. I use the term pegs loosely because I'm not 100% sure that is whats holding them down...The reason I'm trying to get them off is so I can replace my tweeters, which i put my thumb thru one of them(the tweeters) in the process.Thanks for anything you guys/gals can help me out with!

the bad news is the cover don't come outyou have to remove the back seat and the seat them you have to remove the complet rear deck cover and you will see the screws to remove the speakers

next there is 2 or 4 screws you need a 12mm or14mm
socket there is one screw on each seat belt once you
remove the screws pull the seat a little and push up
now you can take that out of the vehicle the rear
deck is hold by clips and plastic locks easy to remove
and you can bend a little in the midle to remove
