Your amp is over heating. Check your wiring to make sure it isn't incorrect. If all wiring is correct it may be time for a bigger amp.

I would have to say that you amp is cutting out on a thermal overload. It's getting too hot. Turn down your gain and lower your pre-amp out levels and it sould help. Also you could relocate it or leave an air gap so that some air can circulate around it when the bass hits.
