I have a 2004 Acura TL w/o the stock Navigation. Is it possible to add the factory navigation unit to my car?

It's probably overheating due to its location, amplifiers work best mounted flat with the fins facing up so that the hot air can rise up and directly away from the amplifier. If you can get a small crossflow fan your problem should go away, or try remounting the amplifier flat.

I got an premier 3000spl w/ 2 12inch premier subs in a jackhammer mtx encloser (because i blew the mtx's up)

Try turning your gain down if you dont want to move your amp. Sounds like its overheating. You probably are trying to pump out to much juice. Good luck
