How many channels and how many watts would i need to power these component speakers, 6x9's and 1 or 2 12's?

Question:
Alright the component speakers are Polk Audio db6500's with 10-100 Watts RMS, the 6x9's are Boston Acoustics with 2-35 Watts RMS, and the Subs, which i'm still deciding on 1 or 2, are Infinity Reference 12 in. 60-300 Watts RMS each both 4 OHMS. Can you please tell me what Amp I would need by channels, Watts, and if you want brand. I'd Appreciate if you could tell me how much I would need if I only had one subwoofer and how much I would need if i had 2. Also if you have suggestions for a specific wiring that would be great too. Thanks alot

Alpine, RF, MTX, Soundstream, JL are some of the good amps out there. Stay away from most amps you could buy at a swap meet.
