My friend is selling me two 12" Pioneer Subs. with a 1000 watt Power Acoustic AMP with no BOX for $175 is it worth it?? he said if i get a mono amp the subs have speakrs and they will play or something like that and the amp has crossover

in general it sounds reasonable if everything works fine. not a real fan of pioneer or power acoustic, but that should pair up to make alot of noise, just don;t expect it to sound like a high end stereo, that combo will give you loud, but in my honest opinion the quality is eh... i would put the money towards alpine or mtx amps with polk or element design subs, but that me and that costs more.Well i have a 95 cavalier and i put subs and an amp in it.?
