What is a good amp for 2 12' Kicker L7s?

Question:
I have a 01 mustang and was wonder what would be a good amp for about 250-300 dollars that would make the 12' kicker L7s sound good.

Would my alternater get fuk up with 2 12" d9 and 2 jl 1000/1 n what would i need to run it in a honda accord

Ok since the subs are DVC(dual voice coil) 2 ohms and 750 watts RMS, than you should get a mono amp rated at:
1500 watts RMS x1 @ 2 ohms

As for the wiring.I dont really know what wiring you are talking about but you should go with 2 gauge. (dont forget a fuse)

And as for a battery in the trunk is not necessary.Simply replacing your stock battery with a high quality battery will do the trick.An example would be an Optima battery (yellow top). These wont let you down.

Getting a 2 channel amp will sound better because you will be using a 4 ohm load.
The higher the ohm load is, the less distortion, less amp heat, and longer amp life....
