If you're using an external power amp make sure that all of your line level cable are in good shape. Don't rely on a visual inspection. Also make sure that you've good good grounds at all ground points in your system. If your using an after-market deck (not original to the vehicle) try borrowing a friends deck to make sure that the problem is not internal to your deck. I think you need to put better spark plug wires in your engine. Have your mechanic check them actually they are really easy to change if you can get to them. Some of the newer cars make service very very difficult. Go to Napa and ask for resister (resistor?) plugs and wires. That should take care of the noise.How do I fix my blown subwoofer?

Capacitors WILL NOT solve your problem, it WILL make it worse. If you add a cap without upgrading your alternator, your alternator may go out (i've seen it!) from having to charge too many components.Capacitors take 5 times as longer to recharge than to discharge, so they just make things worse.

Do the Big3 Upgrade (power -charge- wire from alt. to batt., ground from batt. to frame, and ground from frame to engine block) all in 4g or larger wire.
This allows power to get from the alt to batt. faster, thus eliminating caps (which make things worse if your alt. isn't up to par).
Make sure you do the grounds, too. They are just as important as power wires.
