How can I hard wire my Ipod in my 2002 Saab?

My Saab is equipped with the capabilities for an auxillary cd changer in the trunk. How can I use this connector to connect my Ipod to it? Any other suggestions for hard-wiring my Ipod.

Why hard wire the iPod, when you can buy a simple FM transmitter for your car radio? It's much easier to set up and it allows you bring your iPod with you in and out of the car.
