Does anyone know where I can get a hold of a schematic diagram for a Volfenhag ZX7180 TurboFan car stereo amp? Your help is GREATLY appreciated!

The only way to have access to a manufacturers schematic diagram is from the manufacturer. Even then they may not give it to you or require you buy a service manual for some $$$.
