The only people who will be able to tell you is the dealership. I lost the code for my wifes last car and they wanted the ID on the deck and the VIN of the car. They didn't charge anything to get me the code. Tell them exactly what you said here and I'm sure there will be problem.

you only need the radio model number and the serial number you can take this information to your dealer parts department and they will give you the code also be ready to show prove of ownership
