time to get a new amp, it seems its well over its use by now datecan old speaker wire be the cause of a sub not playing to full potential?
Was this a new amp? I've had several amps go out on me, but never that fast. Is it possible that you overheated it? Don't know for sure, but it's probably toast. Too much bump for too long a period will get things really hot in there, and if you have it mounted in your trunk on a hot august day it could reach it's limit pretty quickly.how do i hook up 2 different amps to 1 for my subs and the other for 6x9's?
Hmmmm... two years isn't very long. Make sure your power connections are tight and not corroded. Could be a simple fix like that. And don't forget about your ground cable (a common culprit).
