If the fuel pump is available, about a $400 job (typo).

i need help?

If you aren't experienced in doing a fuel pump, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. But, I'd buy the Chiltons or Haynes repair manual for your Prelude and read up on the replacement. If it seems like something you think you can tackle, go for it. It's worth the money you'll save.
