Question:
Is it a big job to change a fuel pump in an 87 honda prelude?, how much would a job like this cost if you had it done at a garage? thanks for your info.
how much would you pay for this car?

Answers:
If the fuel pump is available, about a $400 job (typo).
If you aren't experienced in doing a fuel pump, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. But, I'd buy the Chiltons or Haynes repair manual for your Prelude and read up on the replacement. If it seems like something you think you can tackle, go for it. It's worth the money you'll save.
