Sorry. You have to have the tool. They are usually stored in the glovebox. Try a used parts dealer because the tool is expensive from the dealer. Another option is to pay a tire dealership. They will have the tool. It was designed as an anti-theft device but it was a really dumb idea.
a large flat blade screwdriver should work . attempt to put it in the rounded area of the plastic lock nut and unscrew.
