I have a '98 Opel Vectra ,and I notice lately that its leaking water in the interior...?

I found a pool of water in the boot of the car where the spare tyre goes and i found that some of the water seems to be going to the floor of the back seat of the car.Where would this water be getting in ?

You will have to lay in the trunk, and have someone spray the car with a hose. My first guess would be, "Around the trunklid seal, or the back window". It is also possible that it sprays up from the rear tires, and leaks through the wheelwells somewhere. You may have to remove interior panels to find it.

it may also be leaking from around the seal around the rear lights. if you think it is or it might be worth doing anyway, just remove the light, clean where the seal sits on the car and the light. then use some windscreen sealer, as it will be waterproof, and also is dosent got off comletely hard so they can be removed if needs be.
