Yes you can but you have to verify that the rim fittins are the same, make sure that the rim wont be to heavy so that the controle arms breack or wear, also judging from the size you want youll have to update to bigger brakes beacaus with crom rims youll get a heay start but you wont be ablae to slow down after the car picks up speed just like when you have a overloaded car with passengers it will take time to stop so upgrade your brakes and last but not least make sure you have good suspensions and the tire clearence is ok. :-)
