What year is your 300zx? As was said earlier, you are looking at spending a lot of cash on modifications to fit that straight six under the hood. It would acctually be easier to have some engine mounts fabbed up, and put in a 350cid. Yeah, a V-8.

Nope, the rb26 is too tall and too long, so u would need to spend huge money on firewall, bonnet, mounts to do it. You are much better to upgrade the turbos, breathing, etc in the VG30DETT, its certainly capable of 500hp as a comfortable street car, 8-900 as a street legal racecar. This is for a Z32, dunno about Z31. If you really want a Skyline, get one. I have 3 R32/ R33 unraced driftcars for sale in NZ, with or without engines/ boxes, dunno if that helps!
