I don't think so, VW polo is part of the family Golf. In USA, They have VW Golf GTI and In Europe or other countries, they have VW Polo GTI and they are both same specification, but different shape and body. Polo GTI's body is little bit smaller than Golf GTI. Because other countries has expensive gas price, they designed all the cars to make smaller like hatchback cars, so they have less-expensive gas price. They both have same engine specification, but different sizes of gas tank. In USA, all gas price were 2X cheaper than other countries. That's why we have VW Golf GTI which has bigger body and gas tank than Polo's.What can I do to add more horsepower to my honda fit, without breaking the bank?
VW USA could import it because theirs this market of B cars now like the Fit, Yaris, Aveo, etc. But it might cut into the Rabbit if not priced right. According to the VW UK website, the Polo starts at about 7000 English pounds. Converted that's around $13,7xx. So it's really close to the beginning MSRP of the Rabbit which is 14,900. Tough to say...I'd venture to guess they wouldn't unless their financial situation gets better.We have the Rabbit, & that's good enough. If it's not good enough, wait til the R32 gets here.
