I have a 2001 Caravan SE and the speedometer has spun completely around getting stuck behind the peg.?

Question:
The local Dodge shop said it was the Output Speed Sensor which I changed to no avail. Now they want me to bring it in for a $95.00 "just see what might be wrong" fee.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Turning it over might work, but here is the easy fix. I have had to do it a few times. It happens when you replace the battery, or it goes dead. (most of the time)
