Is there anyone near the Lincoln Area (UK) That is willing to respray my car?

You may need a special Lug key.
If the rims are alloys or Non-Hubcap rims...then you will need that lugnut key.
Mazda Dealerships have them and you could try a tire shop as well.

I need help with EXHAUSTS?

As far as I know, tires all come off the same way no matter what car. Pop the wheel cover off, loosen the lugs, jack the car up, take the lugs off and the tire will come right off.

Used 2003 Nissan Xterra?

Mine has a lock instead of a lug nut on each tire...All of the lugs will come off with the end of the handle attachment for the jack, except for the 4 locks. You need to use the key that came with the car for those. It is a relatively heavy metal piece that has a flower-ish pattern on the inside- it's a safety precaution. Unless you park in a "nice" neighborhood :)

My 97 ford f150 with a v8 i went to try to start it this morning and all i can get is a (thunk) like sound?

PS- if you can't find the key you can go to a dealership and purchase a new one.
