How do you fold down the back seat in a 95 toyota 4runner?

i can only get the top part to lay down. does the bottom part move at all??

2007 Nissan Sentra?

Reach around under the seat where the seat belts are. You will find a looped "ribbon". Pull that out and then yank it (hard). It will pull the seat forward.
Then take off your headrests, toss them aside, and put the backs of the seats down. TADA! Lots of space.
