Could be the fuel pump if it ran for a few seconds before quitting. If it turns over but doesn't start, it's probably not the battery. If it makes a grinding noise when you try to start it, it might be the starter.

Ummmm, sounds like what happened to my car yesterday. (Mine ran for a couple revolutions of the engine, then it quit.) Battery is good, starter is good, engine is not locked up - these facts evidenced by the way the engine turns over when you turn the key - it's like it would start up in a second or two like normal.

sounds like a pass lock (theft deterrent system) problem if the computer does not receive the correct signal it will "turn off" the fuel injectors. you have spark & fuel pressure. the engine will start & then die. if the security lite is on steady or flashing thats your problem.

I am assuming that the motor cranks, but won't fire. I read you note on it does not have too much spark. I am not sure what that means. The first thing to do is check for spark output to every cylinder. The spark should be strong and consistent and should be able to jump a fairly significant gap to ground. If you have weak spark or inconsistent spark, this is a problem. This will be a secondary ignition fault, shorted coils, plug wire problems, or corroded connectors. No spark usually means a primary ignition problem. These are far more complicated and will require special tools and scanners. You need to have the modules seeing motor revolutions which is from the crank sensor to the ignition module which then sends it to the PCM. If that is good it is generally a problem with the ignition module or the feeds to it. You could also have a problem with fuel supply if the spark is good. These motors need around 55 psi to run. You will have to check line pressure by screwing a guage onto the rail or splicing into a line. A completely plugged fuel filter will cause this too, MAYBE. If it is low or no pressure, follow circuits back to fuel tank to be sure all is okay electrically. If it is, you have a bad pump or sender or both and the tank will have to be dropped. Good luck.
