2007 Accent SE?

Question:
I need to get a new car, as the car I am currently driving is dying a slow and sad death. We are looking at several models. What is important is good gas milage and safety. It would function as a family car, but we are fine with a small family car. I went to the Hyundai dealer, and became interested in the Accent SE. Anyone able to tell me about them? Are they safe, get good gas milage, and last for years? The other car we are considering is the Honda Fit. Thanks for any info!!

Is my uncle's junk Mercedes-Benz 180 "ponton" sedan worth anything?

We have an 05 Accent and a 07 Ford Focus.. Both are good little cars. The Accent is smaller and better around town car, the Focus is better at highway speeds.. The Focus is getting 23 mpg in town and 30+ on the highway... If you plan to be driving a lot of high speed highway driving I would recommend moving up a step to the Elantra if you want the Hyundai..I think Hyundai quality is very good for the price.. See who will give you the best price.. Hyundai, Ford & their sister co, Mazda are good cars. Also the all new 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer... all good cars.. Of course the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic are the best but you will pay them for the privilage.

I have a 1999 Honda Civic Sedan. I just recently got the needle on "E" the gas light still has not come on...

I like the new fit from honda. Great gas milage, Great warranty and you cannot go wrong with a honda. In my personal opinoin I would not go with the Accent.

Other than the dealership where can I buy the factory navigation for my 2005 mazda 6?

I just bought a 2007 accent se about a week ago and I can tell you this: standard anti-lock brakes, side, front and curtain airbags, great handling and phenomenal gas mileage. I got 31 mpg from a brand new engine, very solid and stable car.

Any good lincoln town car models from the early 90's and 80s era that i can buy?

Yes, the Accent gets great gas mileage since it is a compact/subcompact size car, not sure its a good family car unless your family is short and in shape. Along the same lines, its as safe as a small car can be and simply put smaller is never as safe as bigger. Sounds like money is the issue, so I suggest you buy a 1-2 year old Elantra or Sonata and you will be much happier and safer for it. Hyundai's are among the best built and most reliable cars in the world, see the latest reports from JD Power and Consumer reports as they rank in the top 10% of both lists.
