Question:
Hi. I am the proud owner of a WRX as of today. The dealer quoted me for almost $1000 for an STI rear spoiler (including painting it to match the car color, and $350 installation). I kinda find it steep, don't you think? My WRX is WR Blue.
My question is, should I still have the dealer do the work for me? Where else could I get either the STI or a good look-a-like spoiler? I'd like to get this done cheaper, but at the same time, I want a job well done, not a hack job done by 'Billy Bob the wrench monkey'. Any suggestions? Helpful links would be great.
Anyone know anything about Ford fuel injection?
Thanks everyone!

check out places like http://www.nasioc.com or http://www.i-club.com many STi owners, like myself, aren't keen on the cop magnet wing and don't drive fast enough to utilize it(although I do track my car, and noticed quite a bit of difference on high speed corners, but a little tweaking of the suspension helped some), so we are more than happy to swap trunks with you for a little cash. I wanted to be as stealthy as possible, and changed my hood and trunk. I charged $300 to swap trunks with a wrx owner, although I bought an RS hood because I will need the stocker if I try to sell the car.More Questions & Answers ...
